In this trusted role as HR Support Advisor you will work with a HR Services Advisor and be partnered to a business area, in alignment with the ER, Payroll, and HR Business Partner team. The main focus of your role will be to support colleagues and leaders with Workday Help cases and to carry out day-to-day HR processes and tasks within Workday such as job changes and benefit changes. You will be expected to provide advice on the end-to-end employee life cycle, but primarily on the execution of business processes in Workday

About you
As a HR Support Advisor, you will be experienced across HR services and systems, with a broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and transactions.
You will be responsible for the production of employment contracts, salary increases, job changes letters and any other documentation relating to in employment life cycle changes.
You will have credibility and the ability to manage and build relationships, with the wider HR team, including HRBP’s, ER and Payroll, complementing their activity with support and administrative expertise when required.
You will be able to manage your case load, ensuring that all process and policy questions are owned and actioned timely.
More specifically you will have:
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to coach, empower and upskill leaders.
- High attention to detail and can process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Employment Law and HR policies.
- Working knowledge of the HR Systems used within Harrods, Workday experience is preferred.
- Understanding of the HR operating model with the ability to engage the right person at the right time.
