We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Systems and Solutions Manager to join our team at Harrods.
About the role
As the HR Systems and Solutions Manager you will be responsible for the management of Workday in Harrods, playing a crucial role in defining and executing the Workday strategy and roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective utilisation, optimisation and success of the platform.
In this role you will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to understand how Workday needs to evolve to meet strategic business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in Workday, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
About you
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing Workday both in project and BAU. You will have demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps and experience of building effective governance and operational models to support the Workday platform. Further to this, you will have a deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, functionality, and best practices.
You will have extensive project management experience and knowledge of DevOps models to build an operating and governance model for the Workday platform that is industry best practice. Finally, you will be passionate about user experience, and how people technology can enable businesses and empower leaders and colleagues.
