We are recruiting for an Image Coordinator to join our Studio Team based in City Road. 

Reporting to our Post Production Team Lead, our Image Coordinator will support the Studio team to deliver high quality, high volume imagery for use online.

 

About the Role 

As an Image Coordinator, you will join two other Coordinators, responsible for checking all digital assets pre and post retouch, ensuring all of the imagery is of high quality and meets the requirements dependent on the brief. You will oversee the end-to-end vendor imagery process, ensuring original assets are up to standard, labelling these correctly before passing the imagery on to our third party retouch providers.

This role is fast paced and high volume, working with a range of internal stakeholders. You will need to manage priorities and deliver to strict deadlines, updating the relevant teams once you have done your due diligence and uploaded the final assets. 

You will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating workflow challenges and statuses to the Studio Management team and propose resolution. 
  • Ensuring all images follow agreed style-guide and brand guidelines, including tracking that any additional shots and swatches have been captured and processed through retouch.
  • Completing ad-hoc requests and supporting the wider Studio and Creative Content teams as required.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the internal studio team, wider Creative Content, Buying, and broader business teams, as well as Brands.
  • Proposing process improvements to the image QC and coordinating process.

About You 

Our future Image Coordinator will have a strong understanding of the retouch process, including colour correction. You will have experience with handling high volumes of requests or imagery whilst delivering to strict deadlines.  

You will have a strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, namely Photoshop. Whilst working in a Studio Environment would be advantageous, it is not essential, though having an understanding studio lighting through your studies or working life would be a plus. 

The ideal candidate will also possess: 

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience with Excel to manage data and track workflow beneficial.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Openness to admit mistakes.
