Our International Marketing team are now looking for an International Marketing Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of International Marketing in their delivery of the Marketing Strategy and activations both in Harrods’ international markets, Knightsbridge, and Harrods.com.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for understanding the objectives of the campaigns and project briefs in line with our wider Customer Strategy, assisting in any administration required to execute this. You will be supporting across multiple projects and working with the Head of International Marketing to ensure all project documentation and trackers are up to date, while also being responsible for collating all assets and supporting on the preparation of documents.
You will be keeping track of all International marketing activity and support with development of presentations and documentation to support campaigns and new business pitches and briefs. You will be accountable for day-to-day administration including booking meetings, compiling agendas, and taking meeting minutes. The role will require regular reporting of the Marketing strategy.
You will support with the adoption and successful implementation of ways of working within the PMO process for new projects and campaigns, and develop strong working relationships with the counterparts internally in order to deliver against your objectives. Above all, you will be an ambassador of the Harrods brand, the International Marketing Team, and the Brand Experience Division.
About You
You will be somebody with impeccable time management, communication, and organisational skills to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with the agreed objectives of the Marketing Plan.
You will have the confidence to:
- Ensure quality and originality of marketing campaigns, events, and materials.
- Assist with the creation and development of marketing opportunities that support the business.
- Meeting deadlines and subsequent impact of results achieved.
- Successful delivery of administrative tasks.
- The ability to maintain relationships and build new contacts.
- Assist with the management of assets and collateral to successful implement the agreed Marketing strategy for the division.
