Our Concessions HR team is looking for a Lead Talent Partner to lead their team to hiring success.  Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term maternity Contract, beginning early October 2025.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with all concession brands, acting as strategic and trusted leader. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with all Own Bought areas of Harrods that use a concession model, alongside the HR function.

As the Concessions Lead Talent Partner you will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, development and retention strategies to ensure the concession partners are attracting and retaining top tier talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent attraction, recruitment, retention and onboarding, with exceptional leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

You will oversee the pre-hire team and be responsible for ensuring they are assessing and selecting the best concession talent for Harrods. You will manage and assess recruitment agencies and agency colleague suitability and will lead the concession partnerships assessment and onboarding processes for all concession and agency colleagues. Additionally, you will ensure all new hires are brought into the business and inducted in a timely manner in line with the teams SLA’s.

Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be an experienced people manager, with plentiful recruitment management experience, having worked in a retail and/or hospitality environment with very high volume. You will have worked in a recruitment agency and in-house, have worked to SLAs and KPIs, and balanced scorecards. 

You will also –

  • Be an excellent communicator, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Possess cultural sensitivity and a high level of personal integrity
  • Be able to multi-task and delegate actions
  • Show knowledge, care and diligence of GDPR.
