You are a clear communicator who always thinks outside the box and is solutions focused. You are highly organised and have strong attention to detail. You have experience working with a Learning Management System and always strive to provide a high level of service.

What to Expect

This is an exciting time to join the team. Harrods HR is on a journey to rapidly modernise by providing colleagues with access to online, easy to use people processes. We are in the process of launching the Learning module on our new Learning Management System, Workday Learning.

As the LMS Administrator, you will be managing the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage analysis and administration of workday learning. You will be working very closely with key stakeholders across the business to upskill them on our new learning platform as well as provide the Learning and Development team with data and insight from the learning system. As an expert of the system, you will be answering and resolving technical issues related to the LMS by supporting with the help-desk tickets. You will also provide admin support to the Learning and Development team. This will give you a lot of insight into different projects that our Learning and Development advisors and managers are involved in with different business areas.

We are open to meeting candidates wanting either a full time role or a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours a week (3 days).
