Harrods Estates is the Luxury Property Division of the Harrods Group. Combining over a century of local expertise, with the global appeal of the Harrods brand, we are one of the UK’s luxury residential retail estate agents.  

We a have a rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings Administrator within our Knightsbridge office. Joining a well-established team, the job holder will be one of the first points of contact with a focus on supporting the Lettings Negotiators with tenancy paperwork. This position also offers a creative element: for example, arranging photography, floorplans, window cards, EPC’s and compiling brochures.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, a rare working pattern for the industry!

About the Role 

If your background is within the luxury property or lettings industry, you will be familiar of the make up of the Lettings Admin role. With a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to our VIP clientele, as a Lettings Administrator you will go above and beyond in both your administration and customer engagement tasks. Your remit will include: 

  • New tenancy progression including referencing, sending offer letters & holding deposit invoices to clients and registering deposits 

  • gathering all relevant paperwork relating to the tenancy such as gas safety certificate, EICRs, energy performance certificate etc 

  • Renewal tenancy progression 

  • Terminations (drawing up and sending out relevant notices) 

  • Answering the phone, taking messages 

  • Generating letters, property lists and submitting advertising  

  • Uploading property details onto Reapit 

 

About You  

As a pivotal part of the Lettings team at Harrods Estates, you will have excellent verbal and written skills and be a true ambassador of the brand. Experience within tenancy paperwork, letting legislation and general lettings administration is a must for this role.  

 

The ideal candidate will also possess: 

  • The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines 

  • Proficiency in use of Word, Excel & Outlook 

  • A desire to go above and beyond 

  • Knowledge of Reapit is desirable, as is an ARLA qualification
