Do you have excellent customer service skills?

We in the search for an exceptional After Sales Coordinator to join Louis Vuitton.

Working within the After Sales department, you will be responsible for checking in and processing all required services.

Continually providing effortless and efficient service, you will deal with all aspects of servicing  leather goods repairs, sunglasses and jewellery aftersales.

Drawing on your clienteling experience and excellent communication skills, you will be the first point of contact for any client’s needs, whether this be a repair, the purchase of an add-on item, or a question regarding the product.

Using your endless initiative, you will confidently assist customers, constantly seeking opportunities to sell and secure long lasting customer loyalty. Confidently offering flawless service to all our clients, you will be able to deal with challenging conversations with calmness and composure

Thanks to your personable and engaging manner, you will effectively build solid relationships, working collaboratively with the wider team.

Organised with a keen attention to detail, you will manage and prioritise work load, consistently maintaining the highest possible standards when working to tight deadlines.

To be successful, you must be extremely proficient with a suite of Microsoft IT packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as displaying strong multitasking skills, an ability to problem solve, holding exceptional time management skills, and an excellent telephone and email manner. Previous experience using CASS, would be ideal, but is not essential on application.
