We are looking for a Loyalty Assistant to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will play a key role in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns as well as supporting the overall Harrods Rewards programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods
About the Role
The Loyalty Assistant will be responsible for the execution and management of end-to-end loyalty promotions and campaigns for the Harrods customer. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly support the Harrods Rewards programme team. The role will also require you to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the divisional marketing, creative and content teams, in addition to customer-facing retail teams on the shop floor.
You will also;
- Assist with the development and delivery of marketing assets with regards to
the Rewards programme and promotional campaigns ensuring they are up to
date and printed - Support the Loyalty Executive on the team with the definition and planning of
customer promotional strategies - Support with wider employee engagement initiatives, incentive programmes
and training packs - Reviewing promotional assets and communications
About You
The ideal candidate will be someone who has an eye for detail, is creative and thinks outside the box, is organised and has a passion for driving long-term customer relationships. You must have previous experience in a Loyalty, CRM or Marketing role as well as previous retail experience with exposure to a loyalty programme.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to communicate and work with a diverse set of teams while confidently advocating for the central Loyalty strategy. You will so have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to quickly gain the trust and confidence of multiple stakeholders
