Our Store Development department are going through an exciting period of change with new and regular projects affecting our store layout and business opportunity. We’re looking for a Sore Services and Maintenance Manager to join our team to develop the road map for soft and hard services and lead our teams to deliver excellent services to our business and maintain the cleanliness, functionality and immaculate presentation of our iconic store.

About you

You will be an experienced manager, accustomed to leading skilled professional to deliver efficient maintenance support work across hard and soft services of facilities. You’ll have demonstrable experience and knowledge of facilities maintenance and management as well as crisis management. You’ll be an ambassador of health and safety as well as best practise in your field and be recognised as an excellent communicator, able to lead and work with a diverse workforce.

You’ll have experience of managing department expense and capital budgets, working to improve and maintain efficiencies whilst partnering and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers.  You’ll need experience of managing Capital Projects and Minor New Works to deadline and business target whilst driving innovation and business improvement within your business area.

What to expect

As the Store services and Fabric Maintenance Manager you will, set, coordinate, implement and manage the strategic and tactical objectives of the Store Services and Fabric Maintenance provisions within the Facilities Management department to ensure the highest possible standards of fabric maintenance and cleanliness attaining to stakeholder requirements and expectations in a consistent and sustainable manner.

You’ll partner with a diverse peer group of stakeholders across the wider store development department as well as partner with the store managers to ensure they are kept informed on all maintenance work.  You will deliver the roadmap to develop and mature your teams as integral operations of the business whilst building lasting relationships, business wide.
