Maitre d' (Guest Relation Manager)

The partnership between Frantzén Group and Harrods is a monumental milestone in Harrods restaurant agenda. We are bringing Björn Frantzén’s signature cuisine to the UK for the first time while unveiling a state-of-the-art flagship restaurant within our Knightsbridge store. 

About The Role

We are now looking for a Guest Relations Manager to drive and develop our client facing strategy to ensure that we are the number one dining destination in London. 

This role will be working closely with the Studio Frantzén leadership team to help drive high profile whilst shaping the restaurants robust commercial agenda.

About You 

You have a deep understanding of the London market, and further afield hospitality and restaurant scene understanding how you can leverage and develop a brand to drive engagement and advocacy amongst current and future guests. 

You are commercially minded, data driven and have a sales mentality with a proven track record – coming from a business development environment in a hospitality setting you have driven engagement across potential guests within a luxury lifestyle setting. 

You build relationships with clients and colleagues alike being a natural networker who thrives in the company of others and reflect company standard and you always lead by example. 

You work closely with training managers to ensure the team have in-depth product knowledge, guest etiquette and experience understanding and can put it into practice.
