About You

You will have strong marketing experience, particularly in targeting the high value customers.

With an in-depth knowledge of our customer strategy and a wealth of category and market understanding, they will be confident in supporting delivery of key messages across all communications plans. Knowledge of the Chinese and Middle Eastern markets would be highly advantageous.

What To Expect

  • The Marcomms Executive is responsible for supporting the Group Marcomms Manager (Customer), while specialising in engaging our high value customers and key stakeholders.
  • You will be expected to nurture strong global connections, to support our international Marcomms strategy
  • Focusing primarily on our top tier consumer - and deliver campaigns that reach our key audiences in market, internationally, and in the UK.
  • Whilst primarily working to deliver the ongoing strategic Marcomms plans for International markets, they will also liaise with the project delivery team in supplying relevant knowledge and assets required to deliver against all relevant briefs.
  • You would actively contribute to strategic discussions around brand and product campaigns
  • This remit includes digital, content creation, relevant events in-market and in the UK, and managing KOL/media relations from ideation to contract negotiations.
  • You will understand customer insight in order to continually keep abreast of changes and fluctuations of economic factors that may affect this customer group and habits
  • You will work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders- from editorial to social media and consumer insights.
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Macro trends and influences in your market area of expertise to help shape and better each campaign or Marcomms strategy
