About You                   

You will have experience as a marketer and be passionate about what you do. As a key part of the wider brand experience division, you will be an excellent communicator, and confident in speaking with stakeholders at all levels across the business. As this is a project and campaign focused role, you will be experienced in liaising with various departments to ensure the job is done to exceptional standards.

What to Expect

You will have experience within marketing ideally within the retail space. You will have a wealth of understanding of this category, as well as a genuine passion. As a key part of the wider brand experience division, you will be an excellent communicator, and confident in speaking with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

What to Expect

·         You will define and deliver strategic projects alongside our Marcomms Manager.

·         You will understand the existing Harrods brand positioning and how to maintain and develop this.

·         Liaising with the customer insight team and use findings to influence marketing strategy and decisions.

·         Working with the Editorial team to deliver relevant information and driving relevant content for your division.

·         Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Macro trends and influences in your divisional area of expertise to help shape and better each campaign or Marcomms strategy.

What is important?

·         You will understand the existing Harrods brand positioning and how to maintain and develop this.

·         You’ll be in constant contact with other teams across the brand experience division- particular the Performance Marketing Team and the Creative Production Team, as well as the customer insight team. You will then use your findings to influence marketing strategy and decisions.

·         You’ll work closely with the Editorial team to deliver relevant information and driving relevant content for your division.

·         You will demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Macro trends and influences in your divisional area of expertise to help shape and better each campaign or Marcomms strategy.
