Marketing Manager Luxury Retail

About You

You will be an experienced marketer, with specific experience in delivering family strategy. You will have experience in developing and delivering customer strategy and annual plans including seasonal campaigns within an allocated budget. You will be comfortable understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment for our customer segments.

What to Expect

You will own our family strategy. Many people’s first memory of Harrods is coming in as a child, be it for Santa’s Grotto or for Toy Kingdom! You will be at the heart of creating memories for our family customer base.

You will work closely with the wider Brand Experience Division (BED)- CRM, Events, Performance Marketing, Personal Shopping, Customer Insights to ensure a seamless customer experience for this customer segment.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for the conversion of existing Rewards Customer families and acquisition of new families to the Rewards and Mini Harrods Programmes. Mini Harrods is our Harrods Loyalty programme for children and their parents.
