As a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant within our Beauty division, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Partnerships and Marketing team to deliver compelling campaigns across in-store, online, print, and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, all within the iconic Harrods environment.
About the Role
In the Partnerships and Marketing Assistant role, you will be responsible for maximising revenue generation through strategic partnerships by managing every stage of the process, from initial contact with brands to post-campaign reporting. You’ll work closely with brands both over the phone and in person, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building. Key duties will include managing contracts and databases, preparing detailed post-campaign reports, and overseeing the execution of in-store and digital campaigns.
As Partnerships and Marketing Assistant you will ensure that all advertising artwork is delivered accurately and on time to meet campaign deadlines, and collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to secure brand support for Harrods’ Partnerships campaigns as well as other marketing initiatives. Each campaign you manage will be crafted to drive brand awareness and sales, aligning with both brand objectives and Harrods’ high standards.
About You
You’ll be a proactive, self-motivated individual with exceptional time management and organisational skills, able to work effectively towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You will also:
- Bring relevant experience in the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of brands.
- Have impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, confidently managing multiple tasks and ensuring all bookings are processed accurately.
- Be a collaborative team player who thrives on working with others to achieve results, using your initiative and a proactive approach to tackle challenges.
- Demonstrate outstanding presentation and communication skills.
