We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships and Marketing Assistant to play a key role in delivering innovative campaigns and driving successful brand collaborations, with a particular focus on our Skincare and Haircare categories.
About the Role
As a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and partnerships that maximise revenue and brand impact. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, from initial proposals through to post-campaign reporting. Your role will be central in building strong relationships with brand partners, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every campaign aligns with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Partnerships Manager in developing bespoke proposals and presentations for brand partners, particularly within skincare and haircare.
- Coordinating in-store and digital campaigns, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Managing contracts, bookings, and media activity databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with creative, publishing, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaign activity.
- Producing thorough post-campaign reports and communicating results clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You enjoy building strong relationships, are confident liaising with multiple stakeholders, and bring excellent attention to detail. You will be motivated by delivering results, with strong time management skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. If you have a genuine interest in luxury, and brand partnerships [especially within skincare and haircare] this is the perfect opportunity to take your career forward.
You must have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
- A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, and the wider brand landscape.
