We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional, and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our Pastry Production Kitchen! This role requires someone who is extremely positive and passionate.

You will support the smooth running of your section, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production level and food safety standards.

The Pastry Production Kitchen is made up of three sections, produces up to 3000covers a day with a team of 45 people. As part of our Harrods master plan we are expanding and adding a fully functioning chocolate kitchen and expanding on our restaurant pastry functions.

As a Demi Chef you will learn and develop the following skills:

  • Hands-on approach
  • Oversee detailed work
  • Build on your excellent manuel skills
  • Become accustomed to a high volume production
  • Take responsible ownership for their part of the section
