We are looking for a People Data Analyst to join our HR team here at Harrods. you will play a critical role in partnering with the business and HR Business Partners to understand their people data.
About The Role
The People Data Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, identifying trends, and creating personalised People Analytics presentations to key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the People Analytics Specialist to understand the data, and be able to produce personalised reporting for key stakeholders and projects across the business
You will also;
- Deliver excellence in data storytelling
- Extract and monitor trends in the people data
- Shape and build clear and concise personalised People Analytics presentations
- Contribute to the wider development of a data-driven culture across the HR community
- Provide training and upskilling to HR Business Partners on People data
About You
The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious individual who is analytical and has a deep interest in data. This role will work closely with Business Partners to understand the data and identify trends, so the individual must have the ability to decipher data and present this in a concise way.
You will also have the following;
- Experience of data analysis and visualization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortably
- Ability to function as a team player, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands
- Ability to manage and deliver in parallel multiple projects and tasks across a broad range of areas.
- Experience of Workday and Power BI is an advantage
