Reservations Agent

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.

We are looking for a reservations agent who will support the Reservations Management Team in maximising covers across all restaurants, ensuring thorough understanding of current offers and promotions available and  taking reservations accurately and in a timely manner keeping the business needs at the forefront of your mind.

About The Role

As a Reservations Agent, your primary role is to manage and coordinate restaurant bookings. You'll interact with guests, handle reservation inquiries, and ensure accurate scheduling. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain a smooth flow of reservations, and excellent communication skills contribute to providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you may collaborate with other staff to optimize seating arrangements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the dining experience.

About You

You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight. Being  the ambassador of each restaurant and the first point of contact for the restaurant’s customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring thorough knowledge of menus, opening times and other relevant restaurant information  

More specifically: 

• You must have previous experience in a Reservations Agent role in a luxury environment working with a PMS system is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, successful reservations agent candidates will be energetic, ambitious and strive for excellence.
• We seek an individual with first class presentation, a clear speaking voice, attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
