We are looking for a Restaurant Sales & Events Coordinator to join a passionate, supportive and dynamic Restaurants Sales & Events team.

About the Role

This role will sit within the Restaurants Commercial team and support the Restaurants business development, partnerships and events functions with admin support, reporting, platform roll out, software management and other tasks that arise from the senior team.

The Restaurants Sales & Events Coordinator role will be directly responsible for managing key stakeholders and the workloads required for their area, managing processes and outputs with recommendations to meet work load demand across the Commercial Team. 

On a day to day basis, this will include responsibilities such as pulling sales reports and figures, attending meetings and notetaking, liaising with partnered stakeholders to obtain data, collating information, supporting on admin requests, creating and presenting ad hoc reports at the request of stakeholders, support in platform deployments and back end processes.  

About You

You’ll be a team player and highly organised and service-minded. You’ll have previous experience in a similar events coordinator role, ideally within a luxurious hotel or high end restaurant. For this role, you will be naturally inquisitive and strive to innovate processes for optimal performance. You’ll need to be a people person with great communication skills, as building relationships across our business is key to success in this role. 

More specifically, this role requires: 

  • Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and accurate reporting.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a clear understanding of logistics and running events from an operational viewpoint.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good PC and software literacy (Word, Excel, Sevenrooms, OpenScape and more).
