We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional and experienced Operations Manager to cover maternity to join our team at Harrods. This role requires someone to be well-accustomed to managing a multi-site operation, and aware of all requirements involved which include scheduling, management, engagement, budgeting and cost control.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager you will report to the Restaurants General Manager. Your remit will encompass nine different restaurants and a banqueting team. The right candidate for this role will have previous experience of a high footfall & high quality restaurants. You will possess excellent financial and business acumen. As an Operations Manager, you will be representing the restaurants to the various stakeholders within the internal structure of the business. Ideally you will have grown from within the industry as well as enjoy the following:

  • Hands-on approach
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Have excellent people management skills
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Responsible for EBIDTA and have deliverable KPIs
  • Inspiring leader and motivator with people management skills and experience
  • Have previous experience as an Operations Manager in Hospitality and Catering
