Leading on sales, commercial and operations activity, you’ll inspire your division to make the impossible possible, exceeding expectations while nurturing talent across your teams. This is achieved through high levels of presence on the floor and a natural ability to inspire and engage colleagues through story-telling and a culture of continuous feedback.

About you

You’ll have an exceptional track record in sales management and business planning, leading and supporting teams to achieve success. Amongst the qualities that make you shine are:

  • Minimum 5 years' Retail experience
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience
  • Proven performance coaching ability, ideally in a fast paced and high volume Retail environment
  • Ability to motivate your team, guiding them through the development and management of large teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change. We’re looking to you to help your team navigate changes across Retail and the business whilst maintaining high levels of engagement
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Instinctive commercial judgement and stakeholder management
  • Persuasive and inspiring communications
  • A creative mindset
  • Resilient and actively seeking constructive feedback for improvement 
  • Understanding of and a genuine interest in the luxury customer and their needs
  • Background in Beauty & Skin Care is desirable but not essential
