Safe Deposit Manager

The Safe Deposit Manager will support the Retail Operations Manager by managing the team to provide our clients with a confidential, world class service Safe Deposit experience, whilst protecting the business from risk in compliance with AML legislation.

As a Safe Deposit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your team deliver an exceptional level of service in a discreet luxury environment. Your team will be responsible for granting customers access to their Safe Deposit facility, completing applications with potential customers, carrying out customer due diligence for potential customers and obtaining outstanding payments from clients.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as your responsibilities will also include engaging with clients and building their trust in the Harrods brand on a day-to-day basis. You will need to be able to use your excellent networking skills to build relationships across the business to promote the Safe Deposit facility. You will have the flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of decision making.

You will need to be vigilant and aware of Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation. Additionally, you will be required to complete a certification in Anti Money Laundering which will be funded by Harrods.

Please note that this role may require the movement and lifting of heavy Safe Deposit boxes.
