Sales Associate

Our Gift Wrap Team is looking for a gift-wrapper to join their creative and bespoke team. This role requires you to wrap purchased gifts with an impeccable standard and provide recommendations in gift-wrap solutions.

About The Role 

In this role you will be responsible for wrapping gifts in a timely fashion per customer’s request and budget. You will ensure that your client’s brief has been met and they leave with a personable experience. This role will require you to maintain the back of house area, whilst ensuring that the gift-wrap space is ready for the day. 

You shall also be part of a diverse and exciting team. You will wrap everything from engagements rings to helicopters! Your customer base will be varied as you shall attend to both internal and external parties. 

About You 

You will be have previous experience in a fast pace working environment, preferably customer facing. No prior wrapping experience is required as our team will be there to provide you with training. You’ll also need: 

• Excellent interpersonal and social skills 
• To be meticulous and show good attention to details. 
• An open and positive attitude, showing that you can do anything. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• The ability to work in a team as well as in a fast-paced environment.
