We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional, and experienced Sous Chef to join a brand new concept that is opening in Harrods! This role requires someone who is extremely positive and passionate.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production level and food safety standards.

The restaurant is made up of 50 seats and up to 200 covers a day with a team of 11 chefs.

The ideal Sous Chef would have experience working in a fast paced operation, as well as the following:

  • Hands-on approach
  • Have an eye for details
  • People Management experience
  • Have excellent manuel skills
  • High volume experience
  • A positive attitude
