Timothy Oulton are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Managers to join their luxury gallery.

Pulling their ideas from different cultures and periods, the brand achieves a truly unique feel with its modern take of classical and vintage design.

With its individuality and authenticity, Timothy Oulton has proved a huge hit in the furniture industry. Passionate about interior design and style, you will develop an in depth knowledge about the product, and take the customer on a journey through the beautifully crafted products.You must be someone who thrives on building relationships with customers and motivate your team to do the same. Using your sense of style and passion for the product, you will lead and motivate your team of sales associates to consistently achieve and exceed targets, whilst developing a sustainable client base.

The Assistant Manager will work alongside the gallery manager and will lead the team when the manager is not present. We are looking for an individual who will be able to act as a true brand ambassador.

The role will provide a high degree of autonomy, allowing for key commercial decisions and suggestions to improve the brands presence in the market.

You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring you are continually coaching and developing to deliver sales targets, KPI’s. Thanks to your personable manner you will also provide outstanding unrivalled customer service.

Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for candidates with experience of working within luxury retail.
