We are looking for Transaction Services Assistants to join our fast-paced and diverse Transaction Services team. This role specialises in supporting the Retail teams across Harrods with large and complex transactions while providing world-class customer service.

About the Role 

Our Transaction Services Assistants are responsible for supporting the Retail team by providing expert advice and guidance both over the phone and in-person to ensure the correct procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully. The Transaction Services Assistants look after the customer service and transaction enquiries via email and phone calls, whilst liaising with stakeholders and clients alike.

Please note this is an on-site role, requiring presence in Knightsbridge five days per week and includes evening and weekend work.

About You 

You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident the decisions you make will be in the best interest of our customers. You will ensure that you develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers alike, whilst being able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. 

You will also need: 

  • An interest in Anti Money Laundering and Customer Due Diligence.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when liaising with both internal and external parties. 
  • Good PC literacy skills with understanding of Microsoft Office.  
  • The ability to multi-task and readily adapt to changing priorities, whilst ensuring customers are at the forefront of your decision. 
  • The ability to work under minimum supervision and perform duties effectively.
