Warehouse Operative/ Administrator

We are looking for hard working and proactive individuals to join the team as a Big Ticket Warehouse Operative/Administrator at our distribution centre in Thatcham. 

This is a hybrid role that encompasses the duties of a warehouse operative, including, at times, heavy lifting and manual work;, balanced with elements of administrative support to ensure deliveries are reported and tracked accurately.

This role will be on a rotating shift pattern varying between the hours of 7am to 11pm and you must be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to the changing demands of the role.

About You

You will have good computer literacy skills and a strong customer service focus. This role would suit someone that is confident at navigating a computer and enjoys using their initiative.  

You will be joining a busy, fast paced team where you will be loading and offloading vehicles, supporting on stock management and picking. This includes our ‘big ticket’ items which will require elements of heavy lifting and manual handling. Full training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success in your role.
