Warehouse Operative

About the Role

In this role, you will be involved in maintaining Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards within the warehouse, including tasks such as emptying concession bins, sorting recyclables, and ensuring facility cleanliness. Responsibilities also include basic equipment maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, operating baling equipment for recycling, and proper waste disposal.

In this role, you will be involved in maintaining housekeeping and Health and Safety standards within the warehouse, including tasks such as emptying concession bins, sorting recyclables, and ensuring facility cleanliness. Responsibilities also include basic equipment maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, operating baling equipment for recycling, and proper waste disposal. You will also be responsible for safely loading and unloading goods from trucks and lorries, while adhering to safety guidelines. You will also need to prioritise assigned daily tasks to ensure that individual productivity is optimised whilst ensuring that any stock or data integrity issues are effectively communicated to the management team.

This role works rotating shifts between the hours of 6.30am and 8.30pm, including weekend work.
