Reverse Mentoring

Last month we wrapped our first-ever reverse mentoring programme: 'Listen'.

The purpose of this six-month programme was to connect colleagues, so they could spend time with someone who has very different experiences from themselves. By encouraging our leaders and colleagues to view the world through someone else's eyes, we cultivate empathy, encourage diversity of thinking, and help amplify voices from across every layer and area of our business.
