Salary: £21,043 per annum (£10.75 per hour)

We’re looking for excellent Administrators to join us in Thatcham and provide administrative support, to ensure a smooth onward flow of goods throughout the supply chain within the distribution department.

To be considered for this role, you will have the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.

As an Administrator you will provide consistent workflow through the operational team and process all incoming documentation in a timely manner.

This role will be on a rotating shift pattern varying between the hours of 7am to 11pm and you must be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to the changing demands of the role.

Your daily task will include but will not be limited to:

  • Keep up to date of on-going issues and developments within the company by reading company information such as the Bulletin, Your Harrods magazine and Omnia.
  • Ensure all goods receiving paperwork is processed in a timely manner by the end of the working day.
  • Resolve all goods receiving queries
  • Ensure all completed data entry paper is scanned into Web Now.
  • Arrange collection or dispatch of all RTV’s within 72 hours of receipt into Distribution Centre and complete relevant system work.
  • Ensure that Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards are always maintained.

About you

You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs e.g., Excel, Office Teams including SAP.

You will have a strong customer focused approach and as an administrator you will need to deal with both internal and external parties.
