The partnership between Frantzén Group and Harrods is a monumental milestone in Harrods restaurant agenda. We are bringing the gastronomy of Studio Frantzén to the UK for the first time while unveiling a state-of-the-art flagship restaurant within our Knightsbridge store.

About The Role

Passionate about hospitality and customer service, the Bartender is a vital part of our Front of House team ensuring the smooth running and operation of the bar area and supporting the Bar Manager with management tasks and ensuring the highest standard of drink production and service. 

Being responsible for setting daily production levels and guidelines and delegating to the team is a key part of this role as they also manage the planning and forecasting of stock levels and orders, always ensuring compliance to all internal systems. 

Guaranteeing all Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene at all times. 

• Competitive salary up to £33,105,54 (this is made up of a generous base salary plus tronc) *
• Set contracted hours of 39 per week. Paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h

About You

You have experience of working within a bar environment, ideally within a high-end or prestigious hotel or restaurant. 

You will bring with you passion, and knowledge of the food and beverage industry which comes across in how you communicate with not only your peers and management but also customers and you’re comfortable making appropriate recommendations.

You’ll also be confident using tills including processing payments for beverage, food and merchandise as this is something you will have done previously. 

You take pride in your environment ensuring your area is clean, tidy and presentable at all times and is stocked for the day ahead, you’ve got great organisational skills.

About Frantzén Group

In 2008, Björn Frantzén opened his first restaurant, Frantzén in Stockholm, Sweden. The restaurant was awarded two stars in Guide Michelin after only two years in service, and its third star after six months in its current location. The Frantzén Group includes several establishments in Stockholm and is established internationally with three Michelin starred Zén in Singapore. In 2022 the group will establish 3 new restaurantsinternationally.
