We are recruiting passionate Brow Technician to join our exciting Beauty department.

You’ll be responsible for creating magical, memorable moments of delight carrying out Brow and Lash treatments to the highest possible standard with a focus on exception customer service in line with standard operating procedures, with due care, attention and sensitivity to the patient’s needs as well as  building a loyal client base whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You’ll demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements. You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

About You

With a NVQ LEVEL 2 Qualification in Beauty Therapy and able to perform treatments on both Male and Female clients , our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

  • To consistently deliver an exception standard of service on both Male and Female clients.
  • To professionally greet and welcome clients in a calm, patient, confidential and discreet manner.
  • To demonstrate pride and enjoyment in your work by consistently upholding professional standards, reflecting in client retention and request rate.
  • To perform in-depth consultation with accuracy, prior to service, to ensure that the client’s expectations are met and client’s individual needs are taken into consideration. 
  • To ensure record accuracy of service, patch tests are performed and monitored where necessary, recommendation and aftercare, following service.
  • To ensure that clients receive the maximum benefit from their treatment whilst adhering to treatment timings.
  • To have a calm, flexible and respectful manner whilst dealing with clients delayed for service.  Whilst adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Proactively up-selling additional services and having a varied knowledge in all services offered within the Salon.
  • Participate in scheduled brand training relevant to the skill set required, set by management.
  • To show consistency with working in-line to the beauty divisions treatment Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain hygiene standards, trolley set up and cleanliness of surrounding areas as per Standard Operating Procedure
  • To be resourceful with stock management to prevent stock wastage and participate in monthly stock take.
  • To undertake any necessary work or engagement for the betterment of the business during downtime.
  • Maintain professional appearance, behaviour, integrity to guest and fellow employees
