Business Process Analyst (Fixed term)

We have a new 12 month fixed term position for a Business Process Analyst to join a small team of business process professionals to support the customer and retail channels of the Harrods business. 

About the Role

As Business Process Analyst, you will be working across customer facing areas to ensure business processes are reviewed, designed and implemented consistently and effectively to provide internal and external customers with the best possible experience, with an eye on efficiency and productivity where appropriate.

It’s an exciting time to join our team, as the key programme this role will be working on for the next 12 months is the redesign and launch of the Harrods Private Shopping services. This is a key part of the Harrods business strategy and the role will sit in a matrix structure, being led by an expert Business Process Manager whilst being embedded alongside a wider programme team in the Private Shopping Division. Beyond that, the role will continue to support other customer development activities.

About You

We are looking for someone with the ability to think critically, analyse complex problems and identify interdependencies within processes. You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables and documentation, as well as a deep understanding of business operations in a fast paced and/or complex environment.

You will have proven experience of reviewing, designing and implementing business processes. Further to this, you will have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, and the confidence to operate in a matrix environment and constructively challenge. Finally, you will have proven experience of communicating and influencing people and stakeholders at all levels.
