Christmas Temporary Sales Associate - Foodhalls (Full-Time)

We are now looking for full time Sales Associates to join our Foodhalls department here at Harrods. This will be a temporary position supporting the business across our peak Christmas period. Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating moments of magic for those visiting the store.

The hustle and bustle of our world-famous Foodhalls is like no other. From the Roastery and Bake Hall, to the Chocolate Hall, to the Fresh Market Hall, it’s busy, vibrant, diverse and has something for everyone. The environment is fast moving, customer service focused and our Sales Associates are passionate and knowledgeable about all things food and drink

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. You’ll be passionate and highly enthusiastic about all things Christmas.

You will also;

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
• You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
