Concession Manager, Stephen Webster

We are working with Stephen Webster on a Concession Manager opportunity which will be based within our Knightsbridge store.

Successful candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience within fine jewellery and experience working in a department store environment.

Commercially astute and a natural people leader you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Sales Assistants reporting directly into the Managing Director A true brand ambassador with a passion for Jewellery, you will be responsible for implementing KPIs, tracking customer engagement, ensuring stock integrity and maintaining operational reports as part of your role.
