Our Studio team are now looking for a methodical, detail orientated and organised Content Coordinator to manage brand assets through our partner supplied imagery and copy processes.

About the Role

Our Content Coordinators are a key point of contact for external brands, and work closely with our Production and Copy teams to seek continuous improvements to ways of working with partners, while maintaining and nurturing brand relationships.

Content Coordinators are the key contacts for all requested for imagery for both internal teams and external brands, and will work as a key liaison to ensure all assets and copy provided are up to date, accurate, and adhere to guidelines. They will also communicated any queries or challenges promptly, and resolve as swiftly as possible.

About You

You will be a confident communicator who is happy to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to troubleshoot and seek continuous improvements to ways of working while nurturing brand relationships. You will also be proactive, prioritising finding solutions and being passionate about process, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You’ll also be:

  • Extremely organised and detail focussed.
  • A strong team player focussed on building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (including the capability to design and implement new reports).
  • Driven to ensure a balance between quality and quantity of content.
  • A self-starter.
