About You
You are a team player, very supportive and highly organised. Implementing strategies and systems excites you, and you have a track record in achieving results in a similar role within a contact centre environment. You are able to give guidance and directions to your peers to ensure everyone is on track. You are a clear communicator and take pride in your work. Your verbal and written skills of an excellent standard. 

What to Expect
This is an exciting new role that has been created within the Customer Service team at Hammersmith. You will be able to lay the foundations and take ownership of the role as the very first  Customer Service Quality Specialist at Harrods! You will take initiative and implement ways of working and systems drawing on your past experiences. Providing training and support to the Assistant Managers, you’ll be an expert in this area and confidently present to the wider team.
