We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our digital Product team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for maximising the value of this new digital platform, delivering world-leading customer experiences, and helping build agility into the end to end process.

About the Role

Working alongside other Product Owners, you will be responsible for the prioritisation and delivery of the digital product backlog to build our vision for world-leading digital shopping journeys. You’ll work closely with all areas of the business to communicate priorities, business strategy, develop customer facing user stories, acceptance criteria and full business requirements.

You will also:

  • Be working with the Senior Product Manager to define the Product vision and Goals
  • Create and maintain a structured, well-groomed backlog of changes with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with analytics to make data driven decisions and estimate the value of proposed changes
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish the right forums and practices to ensure business stakeholders have visibility and the opportunity to input into what's being worked on and are kept informed on progress

About You

You will have previous experience as product Owner in a retail and E-Commerce environment (Fashion, Luxury)- Industry is not essential but desirable. We are looking for someone who has previous 3rd party, backlog and stakeholder management experience.

You will also have the following;

  • The ability to prioritise workload and influence business priorities
  • A strong customer focus
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
