Are you self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving?

We are looking for a Supplier Test Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of our EDI system.

Supporting the EDI Manager, you will assist in coordinating and developing new EDI trading partnerships, as well as maintaining all existing EDI trading relationships. It will be up to you to test each process, so you will need a keen eye for detail, as well as the diligence and analytical ability to spot and prevent potential problems. As you will be managing several vendors and processes simultaneously, you must enjoy the challenge of multitasking, while maintaining the highest possible standard of customer service.

To be successful, you must be proactive and relish the opportunity to develop your project management skills.  You will be liaising with vendors of all levels, so it is vital you are confident and persuasive. This personable manner, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong and lasting relationships with vendors, and easily communicate and resolve any issues. You will also possess determination and tenacity, and have the drive to persist where others might falter.

We are looking for someone who is keen to make their first step into project management, and has a basic understanding of supply chain processes and EDI. An understanding of SAP would be preferable; however, there is room for training.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make contacts in various departments across Harrods, building your business knowledge and gaining a technical understanding of a global business standard.
