About You

You are a recent Graduate, or have some experience in an administration role, you will be looking to pursue a career within the Merchandising function and be interested in joining a fast-paced organisation.

You will have a keen eye for detail, are conscientious and hardworking, always looking to improve processes and efficiencies. You will be a natural communicator, able to adapt your approach to different stakeholders and you will pride yourself on your resilience. You will take pride in what you do and be an analytical thinker, able to translate quite complicated technical information quickly and relay critical data to the wider business.
 

What to Expect
As an EDI Supplier Administrator you will assist the EDI team by providing support with the roll out of Harrods’ brands and suppliers being moved onto the EDI platform. This will involve creating test orders and validating catalogues for data integrity.  In addition to this, the role encompasses analysis of data to resolve EDI rejected documents, supporting supplier requests and running Business reports, proactively monitoring for internal compliance. 

It will be up to you to manage communication with brands, who are often located around the World, and such requires a flexible and adaptable approach. You will build relationships across the business often supporting the Buying and Merchandising teams. As the role supports the entirety of the Harrods business, from Retail to Online, you will gain a wide exposure and will constantly be learning and evolving in your role.
