We are looking for a End User Computing Specialist to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will supports the Modern Workplace function with the design and developments of the portfolio of devices across the Harrods business (including Retail, Distribution and Corporate).

About The Role

As the End User Computing Specialist you will take ownership of the Operating Systems, configuration and associated management tooling (tools such as Intune & JAMF). We strive to embrace the latest technologies within our EUC environment to offer our end users a modern, effortless and engaging IT experience whilst maintaining a secure and robust solution. The introduction of cloud managed devices, zero-touch provisioning processes and collaboration technologies enable us to support a mobile and flexible workforce.

About you

We are looking for a forward thinker with the ability and willingness to multi-task, ensuring that the team can be available to deliver new solutions and provide support for the existing environment in a timely manner. You will have end user experience, having used Microsoft Intune and Jamf, as well as experience using MAC in a corporate environment. You will have solid experience with mobile device management systems, as well as experience of windows system and MAC OS, and apple IOS. Finally, you will have strong communication skills as you build and maintain strong relationships across both IT and the wider business.
