The Enterprise Integrity Control Manager is responsible for the scheduling and implementation of the stock count program across Harrods Retail Group ensuring the agreed counts are achieved and that best practice stock movement procedures are in place to drive high stock accuracy.

They are responsible for shrinkage posted financially, working with Finance to define stock provision, with Security to reduce stock loss and with Internal and External Audit Teams to ensure procedures are correct and in place. The role is responsible for preparing business reporting and presenting results and actions to drive inventory integrity improvement to the Executive Board.

They will lead a team of high performing Lead Analysts and Analysts who are ambassadors for achieving high levels of stock integrity. The team objectives focus on reducing loss and missed opportunity by ensuring the physical and system stocks are aligned; and that all stock controls, processes, and movements are fit for purpose. The team scope also extends to embedding best practice principles through the implementation, control and monitoring of procedural documentation including the definition of roles and responsibilities. This includes ensuring that the content is accessible, understood and adhered to across the entire organization.

Primary location Knightsbridge with regular travel to other Harrods sites.

About You

The Enterprise Integrity Control Manager will create an Integrity Control culture with a strong emphasis on always looking for improvement opportunities and active initiation of actions through learning and skills development. The role will monitor integrity results and analyses challenges through data and information provided, identifying and managing initiatives with leadership teams to address failing processes and procedures and provide visibility to the business.

The role is responsible for delivering exciting initiatives, the first areas of focus being an automated inventory adjustment validation, workflow approval and posting process and also to leverage technology by implementing analytical solutions for monitoring integrity and driving improved stock accuracy and control.
