We are recruiting for a Food Supply Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract, based out of Knightsbridge.

About the role

As a Food Supply Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Food Supply team, by raising purchase orders, resolving trouble shipments and ensuring products arrive to our Restaurants and Kitchens in line with timeframes.

You will assist the Food Supply Assistant Manager in creating Supplier Performance reports, identifying trends and gathering data, as well as general systems maintenance which includes reviewing and closing aged POs and STOs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing invoices
  • Resolving and communicating any issues, shortages and queries on orders
  • Running daily/weekly reports
  • Support the training of new joiners
  • Ensuring accurate master data

About you

Within this role, your interpersonal skills and drive are most important: you will pride yourself in building strong internal and external relationships whilst going above and beyond to achieve key deadlines and KPIs. Whether you are a strong administrator or someone working within the world of Food, this would be a great step into the realm of Food Supply.

Your organisation skills will help your team to run as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be both dependable and supportive, able to work to deadlines and be first line support to internal and external stakeholders.

You will also possess:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in using IT systems (such as Excel and SAP).
  • The ability to adapt and prioritise tasks competently
  • Confidence in meeting deadlines
  • Capability in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and individually
