General Manager

Harrods Estates is seeking an experienced General Manager to undertake responsibility for the operational and people management of a brand new exclusive high end residential development in central London.

With full operational management responsibility for this landmark building, your role will be broad and varied. You’ll ensure all services meet expectations, coordinating and overseeing everything from concierge to maintenance to health and safety. You’ll develop key relationships, both internally and externally, with professional advisors, contractors, tenants and the landlord, as well as managing, training and motivating your team.

We’re seeking someone with extensive and proven management experience, with a background in high end customer service. Ideally you have proven experience in residential management or luxury hotels and will mirror the exceptional service skills synonymous with the Harrods brand.

This will generally be a 5 day a week position, working Monday to Friday.
