As a High Value Cash Associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the Retail teams, providing support in dealing with large and complex transactions. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis. In this role you will attend high value cash transactions and complete the required Customer Due Diligence, as well as business processes to finalise customer transactions, which includes managing and processing payments made to Harrods via Bank Transfer.

About You

You will support the Harrods Retail Teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in person to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed and transactions completed successfully.

You understand that every interaction with a customer and colleagues counts. You go above and beyond to show people you care and take an interest in getting to know people and building strong relationships with them.

More specifically we’re looking for someone with:

  • Good PC literacy (Microsoft Office essential)
  • Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation (preferable)
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to balance
  • The ability and willingness to multi-task, in a fast paced office environment
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of decision making
  • Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
