We have an exciting new role as a House Stationery Manager to run and manage an efficient and organised department in the heart of our iconic Knightsbridge store. Overseeing the operations for stock levels, team rotas and forecasting seasonal peaks to adjust stocks accordingly.

About the role

We’re currently looking for a House Stationery Manager to join the Procurement team. We need someone with a broad understanding of the principles of supply chain as well as being commercially and financially astute.  

In this role you will manage our order process and forecast stock levels to enable us to replenish stock within the agreed volumes in order to achieve their KPIs.  We will look to your knowledge of the market to find us new and innovative products and suppliers that offer us the best value. Alongside this, you will manage our suppliers, ensuring they adhere to our SLA's and terms whilst constantly researching new, innovative suppliers.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have strong administration, analytical and reporting skills. Experience working in a procurement, stock management or supply chain based role is desirable. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders.

If you’re up to the challenge of working with the management team to ensure the control of our stock, the relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders and improve our processes within this area of the business, this could be the role for you! 

Some the key skills you will hold would be:

  • Good PC literacy (Word, Excel and SAP)
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
  • Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values.
