HR Assistant

We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Assistant to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract at Harrods.

This position will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the business for HR queries and involve coaching and empowering our colleagues to drive self-service and provide fast and seamless query resolution. 

About the Role

As a HR Assistant, you will be expected to provide a high quality administrative and query resolution service within Tier 1 of our operating model. You will also be responsible for ongoing HR administrative tasks, cyclical HR services activity and ad hoc project work as assigned by the HR Services Manager.  You will be measured by SLA’s and KPI’s as part of the team’s balanced scorecard.

About you

You’ll have experience in owning and assigning cases via the case management system, ensuring regular follow ups are carried out to our customers and cases are resolved in a timely manner. You will have experience in carrying out onboarding checks, such as Right to Work and pre-employment screening checks. Further to this, you will have experience in general HR administrative tasks, including letter generation, sending out contracts for new starters and updating Workday. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and transactions.
