HR Receptionist - 6month FTC

About You

You will have customer service experience and a keen interest in HR, this is a busy-fast paced role where you will be managing changing priorities so being adaptable is key. You will show a passion for Harrods and have an impeccable front-of-house etiquette and excellent communication skills.

Highly organised and self-motivated you are detail oriented and take pride in your work. You are autonomous and look to add value to everything you do. You are comfortable managing employees enquiries and building positive relationships across the whole business. You will have excellent working knowledge of, and proficiency with, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

What to expect

• Act as the front facing representative of the Harrods HR function, delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers of the reception

• Working within the HR Operations team you will remain calm under pressure and approach demanding situations in an accommodating and diplomatic manner. You pride yourself on providing practical solutions to any problem and are able to build stable relationships based on mutual trust
• Through developing a solid understanding of the Harrods HR department, you will ensure the smooth running of the Reception on a day to day basis
• You will be able to manage shifting priorities, whilst still maintaining accuracy, and remain positive at all times whilst ensuring efficiency around all internal systems and procedures
• You will be comfortable with liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organised you will manage the Harrods Induction for all new joiners on a weekly basis

Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
