We are looking for an Inclusion & Wellbeing Advisor to support in the coordination and delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing initiatives.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for scheduling regular DEI & Wellbeing meetings and ad hoc meetings to support project activity, tracking attendance and circulating actions. You will be working with internal and external partners to schedule trainings; booking rooms, organising equipment and catering, sending out invites, coordinating responses and setting up events on Workday.

You will own the annual DEI & Wellbeing comms campaigns and events plan in partnership with networks, internal and external partners. You’ll work with our 8 Belonging Networks- including launch, board recruitment, campaign management and budget tracking. You’ll also develop toolkits and guidance documents to compliment the DEI &Wellbeing learning offering and to support colleagues navigating company policies and processes.

This role will compile and analyse data related to colleague demographics, satisfaction surveys, and program outcomes to generate reports and metrics on DEI & Wellbeing initiatives.

Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

  • Excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft packages, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Attention to detail and strong administration skills.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
